Job Description
We are looking for Dishwashers to join our team. Our Dishwasher's primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Chef/Sous Chef in maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements
- Maintain a clean environment
- Comply with food safety handling policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Respect and maintain company property and assets
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate safe work habits
- Clean up work area at the end of each shift
- Perform extra, periodical cleaning tasks as assigned
- Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster
- Maintain cleanliness of outside trash area and loading dock
- May polish silver and burnish silverware
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
- Sweep/mop floors
- General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
- May perform minor maintenance in the kitchen area and throughout the restaurant
