Requirements
- Experience advising clients regarding futures and cleared derivatives
- Knowledge of commodity exchange act and CFTC regulations
- Strong legal and business judgment, communication, writing and analytical skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of FCM business practices
- J.D. or comparable law degree
- US State bar license
