Legal, Asset Management Derivatives Lawyer, Executive Director, London

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Legal is seeking a derivatives lawyer to provide legal coverage for OTC derivatives, cleared swaps, futures, repo, and FX prime brokerage transactions. This role involves analyzing industry groups, implementing global regulatory changes, and working with stakeholders. The legal division operates across multiple European cities, and is a key part of the global Asset Management Legal team.

Requirements

• 5+ years related legal experience post qualification
• Strong substantive knowledge of and significant experience in derivatives
• Experience with pension funds/schemes a plus
• US or UK legal qualification preferred
