Last Mile Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the m-mama program in Malawi. This role focuses on managing logistics, compliance, people operations, and technical assistance within health districts, particularly for pregnant women and newborns, to address maternal and neonatal mortality. The operation manager will work closely with the Ministry of Health, Vodafone Foundation, and project teams to ensure successful program implementation and sustainability. This position is project-funded, open to Malawians, and is committed to providing equitable compensation.
