Operations Manager/Manager des Opérations - Lomé, Togo

GoZem is a data & technology platform developed to rapidly improve lives across Africa. We're looking for an Operations Manager to help lead & implement our driver-side business strategy and operations in Lome, Togo.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading initiatives and projects
• Ideal background experience in an operations-intense fast-paced environment
• Strong people management skills across disparate constituencies
• Great communication skills in written & spoken French
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
• Creative solutions mindset with bias for experimentation
• Entrepreneurial DNA
• MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
