Job Description
As a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Shifts typically include 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am EST, 8 hours every other weekend and holiday.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state you work.
- CPR certification.
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar medical setting required.
- Ability to build rapport with residents through a compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care with empathy and compassion.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning and intervention implementation.
- Physical requirements to lift and transfer residents safely.
- Regular attendance and timeliness.
