Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
- CPR certification
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar medical setting
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning and intervention implementation
- Physical requirements: sit, stand, bend, reach, etc.
- Emotional resilience and ability to cope with the physical and emotional demands of working with residents
