Job Description
This role involves managing tax returns, estates, and gifts, preparing complex federal and state income taxes, and supervising employees. The tax manager will also assist with business development and client communication. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Master of Science in Taxation (preferred)
- CPA certification required
- 4-8 years of public accounting experience with a national or regional firm in tax
- Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
