Job Description
This position is for a Tax Manager to review and manage tax returns, payables, and related calculations. The manager will supervise and provide services to clients, provide support for business development, and assist in staff training. The role requires strong tax preparation skills and a focus on client relationships.
Requirements
- Reviews and manages tax returns, extensions, and tax planning calculations
- Prepares complex federal and state income taxes and estate and gift taxes
- Supervises and manages large tax engagements
- Identifies solutions for client issues
- Assists in business development
- Maintains client contact
- Coaches, develops, and motivates staff
