Job Description
LangChain is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead their customer support experience for technical users, including AI engineers and infrastructure architects. The role involves troubleshooting production LLM applications and agents, improving AI observability, and providing clear support. This is a pivotal position to define the world-class technical support experience for modern AI platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles.
- Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks.
- Programming experience with Python (Bonus).
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
