Deal Strategy & Operations Analyst

LangChain is looking for a Deal Strategy & Operations Analyst to join their growing Deal Strategy & Operations team. The role will serve as a critical partner to the sales organization, enabling efficient deal execution while maintaining pricing integrity and revenue quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations
• Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
