Job Description
Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time experienced Estimator for Commercial Construction projects across the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. The role involves providing estimating services across all project delivery methods, including design-build, construction manager, and traditional construction, catering to both industrial and hospitality markets. This position will be integrated within the preconstruction team and requires strong communication skills and a focus on accuracy.
Requirements
- Thoroughly study plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with Preconstruction, clients, and design teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local subcontractors.
- Provide accurate estimates with supporting documentation.
- Coordinate scope reviews and budget presentations.
- Proficiency with computer spreadsheets (Excel).
