We are seeking a highly motivated Launch Operations Manager to join our Field Operations team at Landing. In this hands-on role, you will be at the forefront of launching new autopilot properties.
Requirements
- Hands-On Experience: Proven experience in a hands-on role, preferably within property management, logistics, or a related field.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, with a track record of overseeing complex logistics and installations.
- Cost Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the installation and launch process are meticulously managed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
- Leadership Ability: Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as required and adapt to varying project needs.
