Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business, helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. The role is responsible for coordinating and providing direction for the workflow and scheduling functions of a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Responsible for promoting a safety culture and awareness within their area.
• Ensure all tasks are performed using proper SOPs/GMPs, safety procedures and other regulations.
• Must be able to direct others in keeping with production schedules and goals.
• Lead, coach, train, direct, and discipline employees.
• Partner with multiple departments to execute department orders and goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records of information such as daily receipts, inspection results, etc.
• Must be able to work with management to reach and maintain production schedules and goals.
