Job Description
As a Working Student in Central Operations at LANCH, you will have the opportunity to extensively expand your communication and operational skills. You will support the Central-Operations Team in daily operational tasks, serve as the first point of contact for our restaurant partners and customers, and participate in the design of departmental processes through continuous improvement of our operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- A structured way of thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- First work experience in customer support/customer success
- Interest in Food-Tech and Startups
