Human Resources Generalist

LabX Media Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support its growing workforce across Canada, the US, and the UK. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-jurisdictional workforces (Canada/US/UK experience highly valued)
• Proven track record in managing employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
• Full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing through offer negotiation
• HRIS proficiency: Experience with ADP, BambooHR, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment standards regulations in Canada, the US, and the UK
