Job Description
Welch LLP is looking for an HR Generalist for its Ottawa office. The role involves providing support and guidance across the organization, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and overseeing total rewards and benefits programs. This is a new role within Welch to support growing business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in an HR Generalist role
- Previous experience overseeing Total Rewards program
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Human Resources Management or related field with experience
- Previous experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
