Job Description
The company is seeking a personable and energetic Cook III to join their team, ensuring all food preparation and cooking standards are met. This role focuses on training new hires and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety. The position requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of cooking procedures
- Preparation of cooking ingredients (washing, chopping, etc.)
- Adherence to dietary and allergy procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe handling procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Preparation of food items consistently
- Knowledge of food storage and rotation procedures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in a food/wine environment
