Program Manager II Regulatory Operations & Delegation Oversight

L.A. Care Health Plan is an independent public agency created by the state of California to provide health coverage to low-income Los Angeles County residents. The Program Manager II Regulatory Operations & Delegation Oversight oversees one or more programs, develops program assessment protocols, and maintains program standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
• At least 4 years of work experience performing problem solving, policy, and/or program implementation
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and program planning and implementation skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to synthesize and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
• Knowledge of health care operations or health care systems
