Program Manager III

L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Program Manager III to oversee multiple complex programs in the department, designing and managing the implementation, operations, and evaluation of strategic programs or functions.

• Aligns program goals with the organizational strategy
• Defines and maintains standards for program management within the department
• Responsible for defining the metrics, quality standards, and documentation required for consistent project management and execution across the business
• Directly responsible for the financial management of assigned programs
• Provides recommendations and guidelines on strategic business development
