Job Description
Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 3+ years' experience to support a growing team in their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense, with a background in managing attorney calendars and drafting legal documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in litigation and/or insurance defense
- Prior experience managing attorney calendars/scheduling, and drafting legal documents including standardized letters, pleadings and reports
- Working knowledge of Florida court procedures and familiarity with e-service and e-filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
