Prior experience in litigation/medical record review is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed. Work independently and have a strong grasp of Florida court rules

Bachelor's degree and strong legal/writing skills. 5+ years of civil litigation experience required. Florida Bar membership and strong research abilities are essential

3+ years of insurance defense and civil litigation experience, Florida Bar license, and stellar academic credentials
