We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in legal research & writing and providing litigation support on insurance coverage matters. Must be an active member of the Florida Bar. The role involves complex research and analysis, drafting appellate briefs, and communicating with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
- Judicial Clerkship Preferred
- Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage Experience Preferred, But Not Required
