The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Support and Research and Writing Associate with 4+ years of experience. The role involves complex research and analysis, drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions, and appearing in court.

Requirements

• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
• Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Judicial clerkship preferred
• Prior appellate or insurance coverage experience preferred
• Prior courtroom experience preferred
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
