Construction Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Paralegal with prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability. The role involves supporting attorneys with construction litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability
• Ability to manage document-intensive cases
• Prior experience working with multi-party cases
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
