Job Description
Kubicki Draper is seeking a BI/Insurance Defense Attorney for their Miami office to join a growing team. The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trials. The position requires a strong drive for growth within a fast-paced environment and a client-focused approach.
Requirements
- Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
- Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Be a fully licensed member of the Florida Bar.
- Possess an unyielding drive to climb the hierarchical ladder, aspiring to leadership roles.
