As an Account Executive (Public Sector), you will strengthen our sales team with a clear focus on the public sector, accompanying public institutions in their cloud-native transformation, building long-term relationships with authorities and public IT service providers, and steering complex procurement and decision-making processes in the public sector.
Requirements
- Experience in solution or enterprise IT sales, ideally with customers in the public sector in Germany or the EU
- Proven achievements in quota attainment
- Good understanding of procurement processes, decision-making structures, and budget logic in the public sector
- Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Knowledge of cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, or open-source technologies is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments with patience, empathy, and perseverance
- High degree of independence and pleasure in working in a dynamic environment
- German at native level or comparable high level
- Very good English skills for internal collaboration and international customers
