Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar client management or sales role within an international company
- Professional proficiency in Latvian, English, and German is required; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and solution-selling processes, including practical experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, with a proven track record of successful client engagements
