As a Sales Account Manager, you will support the execution of sales activities and manage day-to-day client relationships across the Central Europe region. You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial, advisory, and business-development tasks, and contribute to revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure smooth delivery of our services.
Requirements
- Budget: Reach budget figures for the covered regions
- Sales: Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients, Generate new leads and expand footprint, Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups, Initiating of contracts, bringing clients live
- Account Management: Keeping contact to active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas, Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business, Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems, Fetching client feedback to report to development, User training (if required locally)
