Welder/Fabricator (First Shift)

KRB Machinery is seeking a talented Welder/Fabricator to join our first-shift team. You will play a key part in preparing, fabricating, and finishing high-quality products according to drawings, specifications, and work orders. Requirements

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Weld complex components using MIG and stick welding, including horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Fabricate machine frames, modules, and weld fixtures/jigs for repetitive production.
• Operate hand tools, thermal cutting torches, jacks, electric cranes, forklifts, and straightening presses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety regulations.
• Be a dependable team player, working with supervisors and colleagues to ensure collective success.
