We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development specialist to enhance and grow our workforce by analyzing training needs, designing and implementing effective training programs, and evaluating their impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work-experience within learning and development
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HRM, Learning & Development or Educational science
- Experience with developing training material for various learning methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with building learning organizations and driving change
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
