L&D Training Specialist

As an L&D Training Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering training activities and developing people within our factory. You will have the opportunity to bring solutions that have a visible impact on the business.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with managing complex tasks and projects.
• Language skills: English at level B2 (spoken and written).
• Skills and competences: Technical skills: MS Office (knowledge of LMS or training software is welcome). Experience in creating training materials and delivering OTJ training. Certification in the field of L&D (e.g. CPLP, CPTM) – an advantage.
• Key competences: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Personal agility - ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, assertiveness, ability to make independent decisions. Innovative thinking focused on continuous improvement. Customer orientation. Leadership behaviors: Win as One - collaboration across teams. • Attractive salary: base salary from 1550 EUR/month (final salary will take into account the candidate's experience) + 13th salary + annual bonus up to 12% of the gross total income + other benefits.
