We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to handle IT and information security-related requests, provide technical support, and participate in IT service projects implementation.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in technical user support (IT Support/Service Desk)
- Intermediate level of English proficiency in writing and speaking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of network technologies
- Professional knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Android
- Experienced user of MS Office products (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Teams
- Ability to work in stressful conditions
- Willingness to take responsibility
