Kommissary is seeking an Executive Chef to lead daily operations of a high-volume commissary kitchen and food catering services in New York City. This role requires a passionate and experienced Chef who can maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while also driving growth and innovation. Successful candidates will report to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- Complete a comprehensive onboarding process
- Review and familiarize yourself with operational procedures

- Oversee Manager-On-Duty scheduling, training, and reporting

- Develop a strategic plan for the next 6-12 months
