Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Executive Chef with a strong focus on creating delicious, high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organization, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a US TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or a minimum of thirteen (13) years’ experience in food services including seven (7) years as an Executive Chef
- Ten (10+) years’ experience in Food Services
- Five (5+) years experience as an Executive Chef
- Experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations
- Experience leading and developing a food service team
- Experience providing complete, high quality meal service
- Experience working in a challenging food services environment
- Experience with maintaining Serve-Safe standards
