Treasurer

We're seeking a Treasurer to lead the treasury function at KOHO, a fintech company transitioning to a licensed bank. The successful candidate will design and establish treasury processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage liquidity, funding, and capital strategies.

Requirements

• CPA or CFA designation required
• Minimum 7 years of relevant treasury experience in banking or financial services sector
• At least 3 years of experience in a treasury leadership role at a Canadian financial institution
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial modeling tools
• Deep understanding of Canadian banking regulations, OSFI guidelines, and Basel III framework
