Job Description
Kody is seeking an experienced VP of Commercial to lead and build a high performance commercial team, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading sales teams responsible for selling at least HKD$2bn in annual transaction volume and has deep expertise in the global payments industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams
- Deep industry expertise in global payments
- Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
- Experience working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams
