Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas sales territory and surrounding region, managing and expanding distribution structures, direct customer relationships, and product sales.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in automotive, chemical, or Paint, Body & Equipment (PBE) environments
- Experience in route sales or chemical distribution is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- High level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage a geographically large sales territory efficiently
- Confidence in handling administrative and reporting tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively in your region
