Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in employment compliance, risk management, or a related function.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and related requirements.
