Compliance Analyst II

Compliance Analyst II will provide support to the HealthEquity Compliance Program by assuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role involves creating procedures, compliance audits, issues management, compliance training, marketing reviews, and triaging regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certification(s) and experience
• 2+ years minimum of relevant experience supporting employee benefits compliance, or equivalent experience with employee benefits issues
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, HSAS, CFC) are a plus
• Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative approach to cross-functional work
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely completion
• Proactive communication and alignment with compliance program initiatives
• Must have intellectual curiosity
