Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Renewal Specialist to coordinate with SMB CSMs and customers to generate pricing quotes for renewals. The role involves managing opportunities within a portfolio, negotiating terms, and maintaining CRM records. The position requires strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
