We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Account Management team as an Growth Manager, working with our SMB clients. The role will involve managing client relationships end to end, ensuring strong account performance and exceptional service.
Requirements
- Prior experience with at least one advertising platform
- Proficiency in planning, building, and managing campaigns from start to finish in either Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Strong communication skills—professional, articulate, and detail-oriented
- Mini CEO mentality and ability to own and nurture own book of business
- Passion for learning and proactive attitude towards skill development
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and troubleshoot marketing tactics and strategies
