Growth Manager, eCommerce

We're looking for a Growth Manager, eCommerce to lead our clients' paid media programs across DTC/eCommerce channels, driving net-revenue retention, same-store growth, and client goal achievement. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, executing effective marketing campaigns, and guiding clients through various stages of marketing maturity.

Requirements

• 3-5 yrs hands-on-keyboard in DTC paid search & paid social
• Proven management of ≥ $250k/mo total ad spend across ≥ 5 eCommerce brands
• Fluency in the Shopify ecosystem, product-feed management, GA4 analytics, and Pixel set up & management
