Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to lead our MEP engineering team within our facilities department. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with architects, owners, developers, site development engineers, structural engineers and other team members to provide project management and technical expertise, design and consulting services for all aspects of facility and site design.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required. (MD or PA preferred.)
- Ability to be the “Designer of Record” when required.
- Strong technical expertise, specifically in MEP/Facilities space.
- Knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Ability and motivation to obtain PE in additional states desirable.
- Experience with sustainability and LEED project certification is a plus.
