Facilities Engineering Lead

Kleinfelder is seeking a Facilities Engineering Lead to lead and grow the Mid-Atlantic division. The role will involve managing all aspects of a multi-disciplined design team, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or architecture
• 9+ years of experience in engineering, design, or related technical disciplines
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple teams and deliverables
• Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in the state of Virginia
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and grow team members
• Solid understanding of business strategies, with the ability to leverage business acumen to meet client needs and position services effectively
