Job Description
Klamath County Sheriff's Office is seeking Deputies to staff the Corrections Department and the Patrol Department. The successful candidate will maintain security, manage and supervise inmates in the Klamath County Jail, or enforce and prevent violations of state and local traffic, criminal and civil laws and ordinances.
Requirements
- Oregon Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 21 years of age
- Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) Basic Certification
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Ability to be sworn as a Police Officer in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 181.610-181.990
