Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
• 2 years or above of experience in retail leasing or commercial property management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market data and make strategic leasing decisions
• Proficient in using real estate and lease management software
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
