Job Description
King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Leasing Senior Officer / Assistant Manager for a substantial corporation in Hong Kong. The role involves overseeing leasing operations of a flagship shopping mall and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a degree and 4+ years of experience in retail leasing, with proficiency in drafting leasing documents and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
