Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of solid experience in commercial and property leasing, legal documents and property management.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, real estate regulations, and leasing practices in Hong Kong and China.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
