Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations roles with deep, hands-on Workday administration experience.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and administering Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Peakon, and People Analytics.
- Expertise in Workday position management, supervisory organization design, job profile configuration, EIB uploads, and advanced reporting.
